Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be taking responsibility for the UK region’s recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. Using your marketing and social media knowledge, you will drive the ongoing development of the Arcadis brand to an external candidate market and drive our employer value proposition (EVP).

The role is ideal for a creative multitasker, who can quickly get to grips with a range of activity and support the team in delivering collateral and events.

Your duties will include:

  • Creating awareness of and developing the Arcadis EVP in line with governance structure
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Working closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing collateral in line with EVP
  • Advertising / utilizing social media channels to increase engagement
  • Writing and proof-reading copy
  • Liaising with colleagues in business marketing as required
  • Updating and helping to create content and stories for the website and other platforms
  • Supporting the HR/TA team with events as appropriate
  • Tracking return on investment and preparing weekly or monthly reports for management
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing/branding within a TA/people function
  • Knowledge of both experienced hires and early careers recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Exposure to developing and driving EVP’s
  • Experience in social media campaigns to increase company engagement, organically increasing website traffic
  • Proven experience of delivering projects and campaigns
