Learning Operations Specialist
Oakleaf are working with a prestigious Tech Company who are looking for a Learning Operations specialist who will organize and evaluate different employment workshops for the company. The company is looking for someone with a Operational mindset. They want you to Identify and drive process improvements in the International regions by looking at processes end to end and engaging with the people who operate them as well as other stakeholders.The role is intially on a 11 month contract - with the view to go longer.The main aspects of the role:Change the businessIdentify and drive process improvements in the International regions by looking at processes end to end and engaging with the people who operate them as well as other stakeholders. Ensure work is synced with North America (NORAM / Menlo Park HQ) region.For process improvements that are driven from the North American region (NORAM/ FB HQ in Menlo Park, California) act as a 2-way link between NORAM and Intl.Support the successful implementation of new systems and the new processes that are introduced as a result of new systems.Support the successful intake of new internal clients who will use our services.Run the businessData and reporting - respond to one off /complex requests for course completion data from within Intl region that cannot be self-served or covered by the people-data team.Analyze operational data to identify trends, causes and create action plans.Create and deliver powerpoint customer updates.Manage the EMEA & LATAM course cancellation process.Manage the EMEA contractor access expiry/renewal process.Support EMEA demand planning process.
What you need to be successful applicant:Ability to set up and run process improvement workshopsHas experience owning and driving process improvementsSystematic and structured approach to work - thinks in terms of processes and repeatable mechanisms.Relationship builder - can quickly earn trust and build strong working relationships. Can tailor tone and approach to each individual.Operational process management experience - preferably within HR ideally within Learning. (note to be clear we are not look for Facilitators or training content experts)Skills and experience gathering and analyzing data, presenting it and drawing conclusions and setting actions.Reporting - experience and skill to understand audience, reporting needs and to tailor report outputs to that audience.Comms - crisp and clear written and verbal communicator. Conscious of tone and how messages can be received by others. Can quickly and easily put together clear ppt decks that are pitched at the right level for the audience.Experience scaling processes in a global firm.Experience working in a global firm - preferably one where the head office is based outside EMEA.IF this role is for you, then please Apply Now!!!
