Job Title: HR Officer
Salary: £35K DOE
Contract: Perm

Our client is one of the leading players in their industry, a highly creative organisation with global connections, they work with some of the most recognised entertainment names in the industry.

You will be based from their Nottingham Office supporting in a standalone role but you will be very much part of the wider HR team that are based in London. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for the next step in a generalist role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, global player, being part of a friendly team but also maintaining a piece of autonomy in your role, we need someone who is comfortable to challenge the team and push back on best practice

Reporting into the HRBP you will be responsible for:

·Play a key part in projects to build the HR platform
·Support the HR Manager in meetings as requested; such as disciplinary, grievance and absence meetings, and taking accurate minutes as and when required
·Responsible for the efficient organisation, maintenance and evolution of administration, such as HR records, company benefits and coordination of training programmes
·Responsible for all generalist duties - 1st point of contact for all HR queries
·Support managers with all recruitment requirements
·Employee Relations Case Work
