As the Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for a team of 30 split between 2 offices. The team consists of HR Operations, HR contact centre, payroll, reward and the Employee Relations team.

Your Duties:

Responsibilities for 5 direct reports and the wider team.

Support with Appraisals 121's and the rest of the HR Operations strategy and help create a COE.

Management of the Payroll and Reward team.

Ensure that teams are managing external vendors and internal relationships.

Help execute and develop the people services strategy across the organisation, work closely with the HR Director to develop the Reward strategy in relation to pay review, bonus and LTIP's.

Manage a number of projects, such as HR systems implementation and selection of new payroll provider. Review the benefits platform and ensure that the company is working in the most efficient way possible.

Experience:

  • Strong experience with managing a large HR Operations function.
  • Strong payroll experience and exposure to liaising with new providers.
  • Strong HR Project experience.
This is an exciting role to work for a well-known Retail organisation in Dorset with one day a week travel to London. Salary paying circa £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits.
