Compensation & Benefits HR Advisor Job, London, £210 per day, Global Oil & Gas Company, 12 month contract.
Your new company
This globally recognised oil and gas firm is currently looking for a specialist HR advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract based in London.
Your new role
You will be working within a team of HR professionals focusing on compensation and benefits within the company. You will be familiar with preparing documents for annual compensation review and proposal. You will also take charge of analysing survey results against internal data. You will be responsible for risk benefit management, policy reviews and pension scheme administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience working specifically within compensation and benefits as a HR advisor. You will be a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience with internal bench marking and reviewing contractor rates. You will be immediately available to start and be able to commit for 12 months.
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive day rate of £210 within a global oil and gas company.
