A highly prestigious law firm is looking for a L&D Advisor/Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC. Reporting into the Head of L&D, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to really drive and deliver the firms global training and development strategy.
You will be responsible for providing a consistently high level service to the firms global client base (both fee-earning and business services), leading on a range of design, delivery and programme leadership within their core programmes, collaborating and helping with technical legal training and finally, have the opportunity to lead on a range of project work across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D Officer / Adviser who is looking for their next challenge. You must have a thorough understanding of learning and development within the legal industry and be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be comfortable managing a high level of work!
