Job Details
My client is a Global Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf. They are now looking for an HR Advisory VP/ER Advisor to join their HR Team. The role works within a team of 10 and forms part of a larger HR function for the business. The Employee Relations Advisor will cover all business lines within the company and will focus on case management of a variety of ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, ill-health capability management and flexible working requests. The primary function of the role is to manage core ER processes, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery. Advisors are required to have an in-depth knowledge of the key processes, take ownership for continuous improvement in those processes, and highlight any requirements for management education where trends are identified. The role also supports the disciplinary and grievance processes, therefore providing the opportunity for growth and development within the broader ER function. You will be part of a team that prides itself on its ER expertise and its collaborative spirit. It will be essential for you to exercise your independent judgment to respond to a variety of issues to provide timely ER support to dispersed UK locations.
