A growing highly regarded global management consulting organisation based in London is looking for a Head of Recruitment (Global role) to join the HR team.

Reporting in to the Global HR Director based in APAC, you will be responsible for setting up the global Recruitment function from scratch. You will manage Recruitment Strategy and Operations end-to-end alongside managing global resourcing projects. While the volume of hiring is relatively low (circa 20 hires per year), it is very high touch and you will work directly with MDs locally and internationally.

From a projects perspective, you will review existing recruitment processes and implement a global recruitment strategy. You will review the employer branding (website review, social media, bespoke materials, market etc). You will be comfortable managing hiring directly as well as managing the PSL.

You will be an accomplished Head of Recruitment who is working for another global strategy / management consulting organisation. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role working as part of a small, quality focused HR team that are geographically dispersed. Degree (2:1+) and / or Occupational Psychology qualification preferred.
