Henlee Resourcing has been engaged on an exciting opportunity within this well-known "Household Brand" based in Swindon, to recruit a talented HRBP on a permanent basis. The team covers a broad range of technical, commercial and functional areas all of which are critical to providing exceptional levels of service to their Customers.

As HR Business Partner you will help support the business in achieving the vision to become the number 1 in their field. This is a multi-faceted role with broad responsibilities across a large and diverse client group which has been undergoing and will be continuing to go through significant transformational change.

You will be working with business area senior leaders to contribute to strategic discussions and the development and documentation of divisional action plans. You'll attend senior leadership and local business meetings to provide people insight, advice and address any people risks, responding to any non-standard and complex Fair Treatment at Work issues, ensuring that you identify and ensure people implications are at the heart of the business.

Working with the leadership teams, you will be responsible for setting the right environment for change, ensuring that throughout this time employee engagement at every stage. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating creative HR solutions to meet business needs and using people metrics to focus action plans. You'll coach people leaders with their people management skills & leadership behaviours, acting as a change agent by leading, supporting & contributing to change initiatives that make a difference to customer service and experience, whilst driving operational efficiency.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess extensive HR Business Partnering experience from supporting business teams in all HR matters to consulting with the Union, gained from working in a large, complex organisation. You will have a consultative attitude, along with a thorough knowledge of employment law and current legislation. You will work collaboratively to foster creative and effective solutions for your business areas. It goes without saying you will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral with the ability to relate to employees and management at all levels with sensitively and risk awareness.
