About the company
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading service organisation who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on an initial 4 month Fixed term contract. Please note that this role will likely be made perm.
To be successful in this role you will need at least 2 years' experience within a similar role.
You must also have the following skills/experiences -
·Strong user of MS Office.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
·Good understanding of HR/Payroll interfaces.
·Excellent organisational skills.
·Customer service focussed.
·Able to work to strict deadlines.
About the role
Working closely with HR BP and Talent Partner, you will support with administrative tasks and general HR queries.
The main duties will include -
·Producing letters to support ER cases.
·Maintaining HR records, ensuring all employee records are accurate, up to date and compliant.
·Supporting on recruitment drives.
·Support the Talent Partner by producing offer letters and contracts.
·Other duties as required.
