Contract "Head Of Resourcing" MSP/RPO Lead and Recuitment Operations Lead - £650 to £675 p/d
We are partnering with an industry leading financial services company in their search for an Interim Talent Acquisition MSP, Operations and Marketing Lead to join their team in London. This role will require you oversee the day to day relationship management of the MSP whilst building, developing and leading a small team focussed on policy, recruitment operations and global recruitment marketing and employer branding approaches to attract key talent. Your role will be split into 3 key areas comprising of operational recruitment including reporting and MI, branding and marketing and MSP management.
The Role:
Will oversee day to day relationship management and expansion of service for the client's contractor (MSP) in the UK and internationally whilst building, developing and leading a team focussed on policy, recruitment operations and global recruitment marketing and employer branding approaches to attract key talent.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Deep and broad recruitment knowledge
- Experience of service delivery improvement and management of an MSP in a large organisation
- Extensive experience of branding and marketing from a recruitment perspective
- Experience of leading teams globally
- Ability to analyse and present data
- Financial services industry experience
