Job Details
A global law firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Co-ordinate all monthly benefit administration
- Provide input and ideas into the design of the annual wellbeing programme
- Support the recruitment manager with recruitment administration responsibilities for associate partner hires
- Arranging informal work experience placements including related new starter documentation
- Ensure all monthly reports are filed accordingly
- Ensure all personal data is processes in line with GDPR
- Respond to queries and escalate to HR Manager when necessary
This person will:
- Have generalist HR experience within professional services
- Be degree educated
- Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
