An exciting position has arisen for an experienced In-House Internal Recruiter to work within a privately owned leisure company based in the West Midlands region.
Working for a privately owned, prestigious Leisure Company in the UK.
The In-House Recruiter role will be responsible for recruiting for high volume vacancies. The post holder will take detailed briefs from hiring managers to understand their requirements, source suitable candidates and screen applicants. The Internal Recruiter will develop talent pools of candidates, liaise with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance requirements are met.
The ideal candidate should have experience in-house within leisure or hospitality background together with exposure to end to end Recruitment & Selection processes, selection and negotiation with recruitment suppliers, direct sourcing techniques and strategies and are able to demonstrate building strong stakeholder relationships. You should be able to work under pressure and highly skilled in working to deadlines and ability to prioritise workload.
The Internal Recruiter will receive a salary of up to £40K + company benefits.
