Your new role
This is great opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team in a HR generalist role partnering with a directorate. The role is based in the north Bristol site with an overarching aim to support their business plan objectives. This will include implementing resource plans, improvement programmes, organisational change and restructuring. You will build relationships and work with the management team to upskill them, reduce ER issues and deliver projects. In this interesting and varied role, you'll also ensure both national and international HR calendar activities are delivered.
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity will suit an experienced credible HR professional who can build constructive working relationships, use effective influencing skills and has excellent employment law knowledge. You'll need to problem solve in a complex environment in some ambiguous situations and create clarity from them. International and nation travel will be required on occasion.
