Executive Recruitment Manager
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within a global FS client for a n executive recruitment lead. The business themselves are going from strength to strength and now have over 4,000 employees in the UK alone. They also have a new operating model and are continuing with their success story.
The Experienced Hire Team help the business to be a magnet for talent and are focused on improving the business' performance and market position by engaging and recruiting top talent into the business.
The Recruitment Lead will help to achieve this by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, leading a team of recruiters with purpose and energy to ensure delivery against recruitment needs in terms of quality and diversity of hire in order to help the business grow and achieve their goals.
This will be a broad and diverse role covering recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, motivating of teams, internal communications, developing a deep market understanding of the recruitment field, planning and programme development, process management and some hands-on recruitment lead work for senior level hires into the business.
The role demands a pro‐active, results driven individual who is knowledgeable about recruiting in a challenging market place, who is passionate about executive sourcing and who will successfully deliver against targets.
