Job Details
A leading international financial technology business requires an experienced talent & organisational development professional to lead on several key priorities within their talent team's remit.
Responsibilities:
To design and implement global strategies, processes and materials supporting culture change, engagement and performance management
Close partnerships with Internal Communications, Heads of HR and HRBPs across all business units and locations
Partnering with external engagement provider to understand best practices
Responsibility for global performance management process
Includes planning and project management of the full end to end cycle of objective setting, mid year review, and year end reviews
Requires ongoing understanding of performance management best practice and working with HR colleagues to decide how best to improve current processes to benefit the business
Working closely with the Group Talent Manager to ensure alignment with Talent and Leadership initiatives and development programmes
Requirements:
Experience in having successfully led the design and development of organisation wide Performance and Employee Engagement solutions in a global, matrix and regulated environment
Experience of working at Executive and senior leadership levels, credible with ExCo and direct reports.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Pro-active behaviour that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
Team player - utilises all available resources and skills-sets to investigate and resolve problems and ensures the most appropriate solution is identified.
Strong project management skills and change management skills.
