Interim HR Analyst required for maternity cover. A brilliant opportunity for a pro-active, enthusiastic and analytical individual.

Client Details

Leading UK property developer based in Surrey with a fantastic working environment and the opportunity to report directly into the HR Director. Parking available on site with strong commuter links.

Description

- Supporting the HR Director with HR initiatives

- Manage the e-learning platform, MyLearn (build, upgrades, efficiencies)

- Ensure that the HR Department is compliant with GDPR at all times

- Ad-hoc administrative support for HR Director and HR managers

- Support and provide assistance to the HR Director for Salary and Bonus Review, ensuring Anaplan is set to requirements

- Liaise closely with IT on projects and data analysis

Profile

- Enthusiastic analytical individual with an excellent attention to detail

- Advanced computer literacy, specifically Excel including pivot tables

- Ability to build dashboards and manage project work

- Strong stakeholder management experience

- Ability to work autonomously to complete tasks without oversight

- Capable of working collaboratively with a wider team

- Comfortable in a busy office environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
