A Financial Services firm based in the city are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join their expanding team in their London office. Working alongside 2 HRBPs and with support from an HR Administrator this is a truly generalist role where you will have the opportunity to get involved with all touchpoints of the employee life cycle.

Duties:

  • Support an HRBP with complex ER issues. Attend meetings and produce documentation for Disciplinary, Grievance, and Capability procedures
  • Advise on flexible working requests, maternity, paternity and absence management
  • Advise employees and managers regarding employment policies and procedures
  • Have oversight of the HR London inbox, dealing with more complex queries
  • Support employee wellbeing
  • Conduct weekly HR inductions with new joiners and having oversight of the new joiner administrative process
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse any actions that need to be addressed
  • Conduct end of probation meetings with all staff
  • Work closely with line manager to understand recruitment needs, including producing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and providing advice to managers
  • Work with the broader HR team to ensure the effective delivery of all HR strategy objectives
  • Administer all benefits and build relationships with providers, whilst supporting changes to compensation schemes and benefits
  • Carry out ad hoc projects
  • Candidate requirements:

    • Significant generalist HR experience, ideally gained in a financial services or professional services environment
    • Relationship management of multiple individuals at a senior level
    • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems
