Employee Relations Specialist
Working closely with the Head of People and HR Business Partners you will review the current Employee Relations processes, making recommendations for improvements, provide coaching and up-skilling to the business on best practice and be the expert in employment law and ER case management.
The position requires:
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Proven experience in a legal or HR team managing ER cases
- Experience with M & A & TUPE
- An ability to work autonomously and offer "value add " solutions
