We are looking for an Executive Reward Partner to join an excellent Group Reward team based in London. Reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation, this role will be responsible for handling executive reward projects, partnering with business managers and steering processes relating to remuneration, governance and reporting.  

The key responsibilities of this role will be to  manage document preparation for the Group Remuneration Committee, including drafting initial papers & meeting agendas, leading a cyclical review of the Directors Remuneration Policy, acting as the key point of contact on policy amendments and overseeing regulatory requirements across the group, including the corporate governance code and remuneration codes (including the Capital Requirements Directive, AIFMD, UCITS & MiFID).

Other duties include completing CEO Pay Ratio reports and implementing operational Executive Reward requirements such as package calculations, role sizing and pay benchmarking activity.  

To be successful in this role you must possess strong operational experience in executive reward such as handling corporate governance issues and drafting Remuneration Committee papers.  

Project management experience is essential as well as strong numerical, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
