Head of Talent Acquisition

Our award winning client recognised within the tech start-up sector by their strong values to the community, approach to online buying and selling and second to none growth is currently looking to bring on a true talent acquisition leader. We are currently retained on a unique career changing Head of Talent Acquisition role within a people driven, tech environment. The role is based in Barcelona (with travel to New York) and will sit within the senior management team and play a key role in advising, coaching and setting policy and provide input to support the business strategy from a talent attraction and acquisition perspective including some very important projects during a time of growth.

You will bring several years of modern talent acquisition expertise and leadership from fast paced, technology start-up environments. Be able to have immediate impact during the further growth of this exciting business, including leading a team, leading international projects and being part of a larger regional leadership team focused on international strategy to deliver business goals. The environment is fast paced with changing dynamics and as an talent acquisition leader you will bring an open minded, flexible, solutions based attitude to the role and continuously be hands on.
