An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global energy, fuel and logistics business - due to some internal movement, the client is looking for a strong recruiter to join them for 6 months.

The recruiter will be responsible for attracting the best possible talent as quickly and cost effectively as possible into the EMEA region. The role will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, and will require someone to be confident with stakeholder management.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Working closely with hiring managers to understand and define their business need

Ensure all job specifications are compliant with local law

Develop a tailored process for candidate attraction, screening and interviewing

Increase awareness of the company's brand

Manage the candidate process

Project manage recruitment campaigns in line with local employment legislation

Provide guidance to hiring managers around key considerations and best practise when interviewing

Manage the ATS

Skill/Experience:

Previous recruitment experience is essential

Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build relationships

Knowledge of employment law and compliance

Ability to create a strategic and innovative recruitment/attraction process

Previous experience working within a corporate environment

As this is a FTC role, you will ideally be available immediately.
