The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on the IT and Procurement areas of the business, working with hiring managers to source top talent for the organisation

Client Details

Our client is a major Pharmaceutical business based in Cambridge

Description

In partnership with TA Leads and hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partner for IT & Procurement will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a fast-paced challenging market. This will involve:

  • Developing and executing sourcing plans

  • Building talent pipelines

  • Conducting direct sourcing activity

  • Screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

  • Building strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process.

  • Working with 3rd party vendors on occasion for niche hard to fill roles

  • Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement

Profile

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with the following capabilities:

  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in the IT services and/or procurement sectors

  • Experience utilizing a range of attraction channels

  • Demonstrate knowledge of IT roles, i.e. data science, data engineering, machine learning and ability to identify key candidate sources externally to build potential candidate pools

  • Persuading & influencing skills

  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment

  • Customer focused, results orientated approach

  • Strong IT/Tech skills to credibly talk to both candidates and stakeholders

  • Broad understanding of Pharma industry is a plus

Job Offer

6-12 Month Contract, daily rate up to £250 dependant on experience
