HR Data Administrator- up to £26,000 - Excellent benefits - Heathrow - Global Logistics Company
Your new company
A global logistics giant is looking to further develop their HR team with the addition of a HR data administrator. With smart offices and excellent transport links, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career.
Your new role
You will be responsible for completing and developing monthly KPI reports for the local teams and the regional head office. You will also take system ownership for; HRIS, E-filing, onboarding, appraisal and overtime systems. You will also manage the administration of the annual bonus and pay review, compensations and benefits and car fleet management. Additionally, you will assist the payroll coordinator when appropriate. Finally, you will take ownership of the maintenance of all HR intranet sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced candidate with a background in data management and highly developed Excel skills. Also experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders is also beneficial.
What you'll get in return
