Head of HR Manager job in Central London Paying £38,000-£42,000

You will be working for Social Enterprise charity located in Central London. The Charity supports young people impacted by social and economic inequality. Over the last decade the charity has received great attention for outstanding contribution they've made to so many people.

Your new role
As head of HR, you will report into the CEO, you will have all responsibility for ensuring the delivery of quality HR services to all employees in the organisation. You will work closely with the Senior leadership team to develop and lead the implementation of an effective HR strategy. Specifically, you will work a lot to improve and enhance the culture of the organisation to ensure they deliver as well as possible. This is a generalist position, so you will also have to develop effective HR Policies, implement succession plans and take responsibility for producing reports on key metrics for the Senior Leadership team. You will have line management responsibility for a HR officer.

What you'll need to succeed
As a strong generalist you will demonstrate experience of HR Management, processes and procedures of ER, recruitment, staff engagement and change projects, specifically when leading on culture change projects. As an individual, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to adapt communication style. You will be proactive with a genuine willingness and passion to make an impact. CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential for this role.
