I am delighted to work with a Private Equity Firm to urgently recruit an HR Officer/Coordinator in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organisation and really add value.
You will provide generalist HR support to the business and support two HR business partners. You will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, passing along feedback and dealing with agencies. You will be responsible for all HR administration which includes issuing contracts, on-boarding for new starters,leavers, changes to T's and C's and updating and maintaining the HR system. You will undertake payroll coordination for UK&I and also coordinate employee training programmes. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects alongside the HR business partners.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate strong HR administration and coordination experience ideally gained within a financial or professional services organisation. You have excellent attention to detail, you are diligent, efficient and reliable. You are enthusiastic and driven by improving processes and efficiencies - bringing with you ideas and ways in which to improve ways of working. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines. You have strong IT and excel skills.
