Seeking an experienced In house Recruiter to work for a client in Birmingham City Centre

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process including, devising recruitment strategies, agreeing key milestones, preparing adverts, posting roles, producing longlist / shortlist, pre-screening and assessment & selection as well as undertaking interviews
  • Use a broad range of resourcing tools to attract a strong candidate pool including advanced database searches, networking and social media
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on the most effective approach to resourcing their needs, including routes to market, costs, challenges and time input required.
  • Monitor and report on the response to recruitment campaigns against agreed KPI and SLA.
  • Creation and management of "talent pools" for both frequently hired roles and specialist skills to help reduce the time to recruit

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Candidate attraction skills - Experience of identification of candidates using social media, candidate databases, search tools, referrals, networks and research
  • Experience of direct sourcing and recruitment delivery of specialist, professional and scarce skills.
  • Experience of interviewing and assessing candidates across a multi-disciplined environment.
  • Experience of delivering the end to end recruitment cycle
