We are partnering with one of the leading organisations in their field to recruit a Reward & Benefits Manager. Reporting into the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager, this role will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering key reward and benefits strategies and projects within the UK. The main responsibilities in this role will be to oversee two analysts and to project manage the annual salary review and bonus processes as well as managing the provision of market data surveys and working with the international mobility team to develop reward packages for assignees. You will also maintain oversight of all employee benefits and manage the recognition scheme.

 

To be successful in this role you must have proven reward experience from within professional services or financial services. You will also have experience of managing a small team as well as be a results driven individual who is able to engage with the business at all levels.
