Oakleaf are working with a well known retail organisation on a 12 month maternity cover Reward Manager position to focus on the Senior Remuneration. The key focus of this role will be to develop and implement the senior remuneration strategy; management of research and consultancy budget; managing day to day operation of senior remuneration and provision of advice and solutions to day to day queries relating to strategy and policy.Supply expert advice to Remuneration Committee, HR Director, Head of Performance & Reward and wider teamsManaging process of external remuneration reporting data (e.g. CEO pay ratio)Draft the Directors' Remuneration Report and all external and internal annual reporting for senior remunerationDraft RemCo papersManage the information required to recruit senior executives, including package comparisons and offer lettersManage performance targets for all Company share schemes, in collaboration with key stakeholdersReview remuneration for Non-Executive Directors and make recommendations to the Executive Board to ensure the fees are market alignedProvide support for the design and implementation of senior share schemesDevelop and maintain a highly effective external network to understand future trends/ direction relating to Work with other reward specialists to deliver the total reward strategy for the businessThe successful candidate will havePrevious experience in Reward either in house or consultancyShare scheme experience / senior remuneration experience would be advantageousThe ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and influencing different stakeholdersGood organising/project management skills, with the ability to develop plans and policies, manage multiple workstreams and an excellent track record of meeting deadlines This client would be open to looking at someone who is looking to make a step up in their career and gain more exposure from a executive remuneration perspective.
