Looking for your first HR Advisor role? You will already have a grounding in HR including the employee life cycle and recruitment but this role will take your experience to the next level!
Working as part of the HR team in addition to being the first point of contact for HR queries this role will provide the chance for you to get involved in the introduction of a range of new initiatives (including wellbeing) and to own specific projects.
You will work hard to understand the culture of the business and will build relationships with line managers and across the business advising on ER, performance management and absence management issues .
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to more their HR career forward.
Based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire you must demonstrate pace, a passion for HR, for learning and be self-motivated with emotional intelligence and discretion.
