Badenoch + Clark is working with a leading Third sector business to source a an HR Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will require you to provide an excellent customer and business focused HR advisory and support service and be a key member of the HR team. This is a role which will effectively manage all aspects of HR casework and policy development and support with HR project work

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide an excellent HR advisory and support service to the business
Manage and co-ordinate all generalist HR matters ensuring compliance with all statutory, legislative and policy requirements
Provide professional advice and support to colleagues across the HR team
Support with and manage a range of projects as determined by the Senior HR Business Partner
Effectively manage HR casework to achieve efficient and positive outcomes to any issues arising
Support colleagues and managers to effectively maintain a harmonious employee relations environment
Support and coach colleagues and managers to effectively manage employee relations issues that arise relating to discipline, grievance, attendance and performance management matters.

In liaison with the Senior HR Business Partner, provide expert HR knowledge and project management support on change management situations that arise, particularly in relation to, but not limited to, restructure, redundancies and TUPE.

The ideal candidate will have:

Level 7 CIPD Qualification and membership (or equivalent), or qualified by experience to an equivalent level
Experience of providing complex employee relations/generalist HR advice and guidance across all levels of seniority
Proven experience of managing HR projects
Experience of managing a significant caseload of HR cases from start to finish achieving successful outcomes
Experience of designing and implementing effective HR systems
Proven organisational change management experience, including restructuring and TUPE
High energy and motivation levels.
