Were seeking an experienced HR Manager to support multi site organisation providing professional ER/HR Advice


This is an opportunity to join a busy and diverse organisation which is looking for an HR Manager on a 10 month fixed term contract.

You will be working as part of a wider HR & OD team delivering customer focused HR services to managers across the organisation. Key responsibilities include

  • Deliver on the development, planning and implementation of specific designated organisation HR change initiatives and programmes
  • Provide professional HR management advice and support to managers within nominated areas that helps the organisation improve its organisational performance and achieve objectives through increased staff effectiveness.
  • Promote the development of an HR service which fosters a 'customer service' focus in a way which demonstrates how human resources can improve the patient experience.
  • You will handle all complex employer relations case work including disciplinary, performance, sickness, absence, capability and grievances.
  • The organisation will be undertaking a variety of change activities including restructures and TUPE.
  • Supervision and development of a HR Advisor


Candidates

  • Were looking for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who has worked within complex larger unionised organisations
  • Experience of leading on and providing HR expertise to complex and varied organisational change projects and TUPE transfers
  • Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects (e.g. change management, TUPE transfers) in complex and challenging environments
  • Sound knowledge of current and impending employment law
  • Experience of case management of complex disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Experience of managing direct reports, in order to ensure HR service delivery.
  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
  • Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent level of experience


This is a 10 month fixed term contract starting in June

You will be working in a key site but there will be requirements to travel generally within the South / South East to other sites as required.
