Description

The role will involve:

• Answering phone and email queries
• Making outbound calls to contractors as and when necessary
• Ensuring that all information on the systems is correct
• Supplying key clients where required
• Ensuring that customers are kept informed of progress
• Prioritising work according to defined service level agreements and the effect on the business



Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience of giving good customer service in a fast paced environment, they will be a team player who is able to multi-task and have great communication skills. The role is sociable you will be building inter-departmental relationships and will be expected to have a proactive approach.
