Senior HR Advisor
My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
This is a HR Generalist role and you will lead in specific HR projects, mange sometimes high volume ER cases and be responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are embedded and adhered to across the company.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have experience of working at a Senior HR Advisory level and possess supervisory experience. You will be able to work and deliver projects at a fast pace, be versatile in your style and be able to communicate clearly at all times.
Building strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders and senior management is essential, as is having a strong commercial focus. You will also possess strong influencing skills and you will have the ability to change and challenge behaviours.
