Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a highly regarded asset management firm based in The City. We are partnering in their search for a Compensation Analyst to join their compensation team. The main responsibilities of the role are:Ensuring data integrity of the compensation systemSupport throughout the annual salary reviewSupport submission of the annual compensation surveySupport with modelling bonus poolsWorking in excel to provide quality analytics to support the compensation teamProvide analytics for matters relating to Remcom and the compensation needs of senior business partners The role holder will have the following attributes:Previous experience working in a compensation teamAdvanced proficiency in excel - pivot tables and Vlookups essentialExcellent communication, team working, organisational and interpersonal skillsTo be considered, please apply accordingly.
