HR Business Partner - Digital

My client, a multinational Energy business are looking for a HR Business Partner to support their technical and digital client group.

The primary purpose of this role is to partner with your client group and coach line managers to create and maintain an engaged and high performing work force.

The role holder will manage relationships with key leaders for the digital and technical function, monitoring signals to pre-empt potential ER risks and coach managers to inspire and drive development of their teams, through appropriate interventions.

The role holder is responsible for:

Management of challenging people cases driving robust and fair process

Delivery of HR calendar activities such as performance and pay review and the bi-annual talent review process

Analysis of business metrics and data to provide insights

Support Head of HR in delivery of segment/business/function people plans and projects specifically supporting the digital and technical function leading pace, digitally connecting their people and data

This role is a truly business facing role and will give you great exposure to projects within the client group to support delivery of business strategy.

The ideal candidate would have experience supporting a digital or technical client group before, have excellent stakeholder management and evidence of how you have had impact and influence.
