Learning and Development/ Project Co-ordinator - Based High Wycombe - 12 Month contract - £25 per Hour

Your new role

The purpose of this role is to support, coordinate and execute capability development projects and programmes across the region and internal Academy. There is also providing support of the development of new courses and the continuous improvement of existing ones by proactively driving the project management process.
In addition there is the support and coordination of other development programmes such as ongoing functional leadership development programmes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the many different and exciting initiatives which the Capability Development Team is driving.

What you'll need to succeed

Successful candidates should have strong project management skills coupled with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and be committed to project delivery standards and timelines along with a
proven track record of coordinating complex projects and/or programmes. Ideally you should also have a background in Learning and development
