A new 12 Month FTC opportunity has arised to join a global asset management company based in Liverpool Street.

The role is a HR Regulatory Initiatives/Projects Leads, managing the BAU and roll out of the SMCR amongst other regulatory focused projects and initiatives that will arise. The role will support to the Head of HR and will be supported by the SMCR/Regulatory specialist.

The role is to help oversee the projects, scaling both up and down, advising stakeholders and the business on progress, process and training but also coordination, reporting, administration etc

This is an interesting role who will suit and experienced HR Generalist who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in interesting and business vital projects. In particular an understanding and knowledge of SMCR is needed.

Salary is up to 65,000 pa- 12 month FTC & benefits.
