A large Japanese financial services organisation- investment and retail banking are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their business. The role is a Lateral & Graduate Recruitment Manager position for an initial 6 month role, which will likely run longer into next year.

Recruitment has historically sat with the HRBP's and the business now requires to bring somebody in to help launch a graduate and internship programme and take responsibility for building this out. The role will also manage the day to day hiring of mid to senior level experienced hires. This will be to support both front and back office. Ultimately, the incumbent will act as a partner to the business in the development of their talent pipeline, helping to build a strong employer brand and ensure they provide a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Build trusted client relationships and enable the business to identify and source talent for both standard and niche skills sets; spanning from entry level to more complex, technical roles creating a strong targeted pipeline of talent for the business.

Oversee and manage vacancies on our careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).

Full management of the recruiting process; screen applications, interview candidates during various hiring stages to determine if candidates meet the requirements of a role and recommend candidates to hiring manager for interview; consulting with the hiring manager throughout the process

Embrace our diversity and inclusion policies and practices in all elements of the recruitment process.

Work closely with the HR Business Partner team to provide seamless service to the candidates regarding their onboarding experience.

Work with HRIS to analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast future hiring needs and track the diversity of our candidates and hires.

Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process

Scope, develop and lead the introduction of a graduate recruitment framework; and programme manage the graduate population; including the establishment of a summer internship programme.

Based in Cannon Street/St Pauls, £70,000 on base + 12.5% cash or flexi bens equivalent. To start immediately.
