Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global brand recruiting for an International Senior Reward Manager to join their team.

This role will require a total reward expert to operate as a reward leader across international markets for our client. This client is a highly complex, matrix business which will require the successful candidate to have a proven track record of navigating and delivering in similar environments previously and ideally in a global capacity.

You will be leading the annual reward cycle as well as various reward related strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to review the existing reward strategy, policies and governance to ensure they are compliant and relevant for the business and people strategy. You will be leading on the job frameworks for the international business, lead on the international benefits reviews (which will also include the pensions piece) and also support with utilising data and insights through Workday to present to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to be confident and come across with credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders. This is a very visible role within the organisation, and therefore ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have a good reward network, regularly involved with industry networking and fully up to speed with trends and hot topics in the market. You will also be working closely with other areas of the business to collaborate (and represent Reward) on how to achieve people and business objectives, including the increase of talent mobility within the international space.
