£28,000 - £35,000
A globally established household name with an enviable reputation within the manufacturing sector is seeking a HR Advisor.
Working as part of an established HR team spread across the UK, you will have a support network available to you yet you will be highly autonomous and standalone within the West Bromwich site.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing a truly generalist service to a diverse internal workforce. You will act as a first point of contact, dealing with all issues on site, escalating any complex matters to a HR Business Partner who works in a national capacity.
Due to the nature of the business, there will be a small element of travel to sites throughout the UK, with travel likely to be no more than 1 – 2 days per month. With this in mind you will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
To be considered for this role you will be:
Experienced in working within a blue collar environment, ideally manufacturing;
A true HR Generalist with experience in dealing with complex ER issues;
Experienced in rolling out new policies and processes, delivering training in line with this;
Experienced in working in a multisite role;
Able to travel to sites around the UK as required.
