I'm currently working with a successful, market leading business in Cheltenham to recruit an HR Manager who can start immediately on either a fixed term or contract basis. This organisation are experiencing significant organisational change and as HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational HR activities are delivered whilst also managing projects on the horizon.
Managing two others within HR and supporting a headcount of 350 you will oversee and support the HR administration, MI production, recruitment, employee relations casework, reward and benefits, coaching/support and system maintenance(excel heavy). Projects you may be involved in include:
- System implementation
- Review and harmonisation of the reward & benefits offering
- Complex casework - a good understanding of employment law is desirable
This position would suit someone hard working, detail orientated, comfortable with change and working in a state of flux. The ideal candidate is CIPD Qualified and comfortable operating at both an operational and strategic level.
