Henlee Resourcing is working with this entrepreneurial, fast paced business with a base near Abingdon, to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for 12-15 months to cover maternity.

You will work with the senior leadership team to realise the plans to grow the business. You will partner the business providing forward looking generalist and specialist support across the Group. You will work with the MD and the SLT acting as a change agent to support the business change programme, agreeing on current business challenges and provide a comprehensive HR plan, aligned with group HR strategy, to enable an engaged, competent and a highly productive workforce. It is essential in such a diverse environment that the organisation can remain a leader in innovation and deliver a wide variety of products with high efficiency through its people.

Working as part of the wider HR team, you will devise and implement plans to ensure that the business is prepared to successfully meet the challenges ahead in terms of appropriate structure, talent and capability, resourcing, skills development, staff engagement and performance. You will work with the business as a true business partner, building a strong performance culture under pinned by an appropriate organisational and job design, ensuring the organisation has the right talent to deliver for today and the future. You will be driving performance through a strong understanding of the key business deliverable and metrics, ensuring resources are deployed in the most effective way. maximising on people investment. You will ensure effective internal communications strategies are developed and implemented which engage and inform across the business.

You will need to be degree level and CIPD (level 7) qualified with stakeholder management and engagement as a major part of your toolkit. You will possess a high level of drive, be confident with presenting, have excellent communication and influencing skills and a successful track record of coaching managers.
