Your new role
In this Interim HR role you will join a small team and will be responsible for streamlining and improving HR processes within the small HR shared service centre. Working with key stakeholders in the business, you will be responsible for identifying key themes and presenting streamlined alternatives that will support the move to a new HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent the successful candidate will have experience of working within an HR shared service centre where you will have made some improvements to current processes. You will have excellent stakeholder management and engagement and will have experience of using Oracle. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6 month contract.
