HR Business Partner

Global Data and Insights Business

6 month FTC

Central London

£40,000 - £45,000

My client are a global Data and Insights consultancy based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a 6 month FTC basis. This will be work with one of the brands to support a headcount of 150 people in a standalone capacity.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and HR partners. They will need to be agile, responsive, service-orientated, data-driven, with the capability to roll up their sleeves to deliver great results.

Duties will include:

Supporting the HRD and Senior HRBP in recognising key people issues

Delivers agreed components of the people plan

Provide analytics and relevant insight

Using financial and HR data to support workforce planning and identifying capability gaps

Gateway of recruitment and promotion approval

Working with the centre of excellence to build talent and capability

Facilitate learning workshops

Managing ER issues with appropriate informal interventions

Facilitate and drive employee engagement

Have effective performance and reward conversations

Key skills/experience:

Ideally you will have experience working with Workday

Experience working within a Business Partner capacity

Ability to work autonomously

Can establish credibility and instil trust with stakeholders quickly

Customer service centric

Background within a creative/tech industry would be great

Ideally you will be degree qualified (or equivalent)

As this is an FTC, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
