HR Business PartnerGlobal Data and Insights Business6 month FTCCentral London£40,000 - £45,000 My client are a global Data and Insights consultancy based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them on a 6 month FTC basis. This will be work with one of the brands to support a headcount of 150 people in a standalone capacity. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and HR partners. They will need to be agile, responsive, service-orientated, data-driven, with the capability to roll up their sleeves to deliver great results. Duties will include: Supporting the HRD and Senior HRBP in recognising key people issuesDelivers agreed components of the people planProvide analytics and relevant insightUsing financial and HR data to support workforce planning and identifying capability gapsGateway of recruitment and promotion approvalWorking with the centre of excellence to build talent and capabilityFacilitate learning workshopsManaging ER issues with appropriate informal interventionsFacilitate and drive employee engagementHave effective performance and reward conversations Key skills/experience: Ideally you will have experience working with WorkdayExperience working within a Business Partner capacityAbility to work autonomouslyCan establish credibility and instil trust with stakeholders quicklyCustomer service centricBackground within a creative/tech industry would be greatIdeally you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) As this is an FTC, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
