Ashley Kate are proud to be working with a growing organisation in the East Midlands on their search for a HR Advisor on a Permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking company who have plans to continue to grow, you'll be in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at the drop of a hat and being in a small team means you have the opportunity to get involved from everything operational through to the strategic piece as well.

We need someone who is forward thinking, works at pace and has experience in a true generalist position.

The role will encompass all aspects of HR, including:

·Provide HR Advice and Guidance at all levels
·Recruitment
·Complex ER Issues
·Project work - around up-skilling, training and updating policies and procedures
·Ad-hoc duties

Please note travel across the UK is required with this role so access to a car or public transport is essential.
