HR Coordinator - Birmingham
1 Month Temporary Position
£11.80 per hour

Our client a large retail organisation based in south Birmingham are looking for a HR coordinator to join their HR team. You will be responsible for reporting on a number of HR areas and work closely with other members of the team to ensure an excellent HR service to the wider business. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and will be providing first line advice and support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line advice on policies and procedures to all employees
  • Manage the HR Shared inbox and telephone responding and escalating queries as appropriate
  • Ensure employee lifecycle administration is completed in a timely fashion
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new starters, including contract creation
  • Report on management information

Requirements

  • Excellent excel and reporting skills
  • Previous experience within a HR environment
  • Confident working in a fast-paced role
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude
