HR Professional (HRBP)
An exciting and newly created role is now available in a Financial Services business based in Central London. The role of HR Professional (HRBP or Generalist) will work as part of a collegiate and hard working team in London and part of a wider, matrix HR team in the US and EMEA.
The role will work closely with a mixed client group of both revenue generating and back office functions circa 100 people and will cover ER, talent, succession, performance, professional development, MI and projects. The successful candidate will be commercially focused, have their finger on the pulse and work with the senior leadership teams within the client group in order to deliver on business objectives via its people.
We are looking for highly intelligent, articulate, polished candidates with both breadth and depth to their HR experience. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a high work and team ethic, be self starting and also delivery focused. A university degree is essential for the role and any additional professional qualifications are advantageous - CIPD etc. If you are career minded and meet this criteria this could be the perfect role for you.
