Payroll Project Specialist - £60K - 12 month FTC - Bank

My client is a leading FS business with an international footprint and high acclaim within its market.

Due to a global payroll implementation they are in pursuit of a Payroll Project Specialist to join them and act as the liasion between the Payroll Director and Payroll Consultant, to drive the project to its timelines.

This role will support the entire project team through the project delivery life cycle, engaging with stakeholders both globally as well as locally.

This role will also include -

documenting newly defined processes

helping embed change within the organistation

project plan tracking

assiting with parallel runs for each country

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must have -

been involved in a global payroll project with PMO duties

excellent stakeholder management skills

high proficiency on Excel

abilty to work autonomously, exercise initiative and also push back when required to meet deadlines

enjoy documenting processes and streamlining processes
