Reward Analyst - 12 month FTC
A 12 month FTC based in North Leeds.
An excellent opportunity for a Reward Analyst.
A well established, growing business based in North Yorkshire.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be working in a fast paced environment responsible supporting the business for all aspects of Reward including:
Providing reports on all aspects of Reward for the business and Senior Leadership Team.
Working with Senior and HR stakeholders across the business to provide efficient Reward support.
Annual pay and bonus review.
Salary bench marking.
Adhoc reporting including designing reports.
- Have previously worked in a Reward analyst role
- Have previously worked with job evaluation, pay and bonus reviews, Reward reporting
- Has the ability to communicate and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Have attention to detail along with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Is available for a 12 month FTC

- Salary £35,000 - £38,000k per annum
